Rules for phone calls:

  • NO BLOCKED OR RESTRICTED NUMBERS. Your call will be diverted to voice mail.
  • Do not call outside of my stated hours, and expect to speak with me.
  • If you are able to, leave a message with your name, a private phone number at which I can contact you, and times which I can safely contact you. I will not return your call if I am not able to do so during any time frame that you specify.
  • If I do not return your call within 1-2 days, you are more than welcome to try calling me again.
  • Understand that even during my phone hours, I may be unavailable. If this happens, and you cannot leave a message, please call back within 1 to 2 hours.
  • I will only address myself as Ms. Kayla when I return your call.
